Fitmaple strives to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. Within 25 days of the order shipment date, Fitmaple.com accepts exchanges in new and unused condition, with tags intact and packing included.

You will be paying for the round trip shipping charges of the item to our workshop and back to your address if you request an exchange. The cost is determined by the item being returned. All shipping charges can be found at your local post office. There are no refunds on payment fees.

How to Perform an exchange

  • Send an email to support@fitmaple.com to reach out to our customer service staff.
  • You will receive confirmation from us as well as the address to which the parcel should be sent.
  • Select a new item for the exchange. Make a payment if the item you’re exchanging costs more than the item you’re exchanging.
  • Please deliver the goods to our warehouse.
  • Wait for us to receive the product and inspect it.
  • We confirm that the item is in new, undamaged condition.
  • We send a confirmation, and the transaction is complete.

Returns
Because most of our products are built to order and not sold on a trial basis, they are non-returnable.An order can only be cancelled and refunded in full within the first 24 hours after it is placed.Please contact our customer service staff to begin the refund process.

Item arrived in a variety of colors.
We don’t always have all of the colors in stock due to great demand. If the color you choose is out of stock, we’ll send the closest match. This mostly applies to masks and, in rare instances, bags.
